Orders and Shipping

Orders sent to the UK are sent by First Class Recorded Delivery and should take around 2 to 5 working days to arrive. Orders to Europe are sent via International Signed for Delivery and should take between 3 and 10 working days to arrive and orders outside of Europe should take between 3 and 14 working days to arrive.

You can change your shipping address in your account area and this is easily done. If you wish to change the shipping address on an order that has been paid for and is already in progress please email us ASAP at Contact@Cannabis-Seeds-Direct.com.

Once your order has been shipped and as long as you have chosen a tracked shipment option you will receive a tracking number by email at the time your order was despatched. You can use this tracking number here to see the progress of your order – https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

Seeds Direct uses a third party credit card processor which means that you never enter any credit card information on our website and instead enter it on their secure site. We therefore have no credit card information to store and have no ability to see or retain your credit card information.

Seeds Direct charges you one clear price and handle any necessary duty and tax in the background. We find this much simpler for our customers and you can be sure not to find any nasty surprises when you get to the final stages of your order!

Yes, there is a very high change that we ship to your country as we ship to every country in the world other than Russia and Iran. This is due to the existing sanctions on these countries. Please note that whilst we do ship to every country in the world there are some countries where we cannot guarantee safe delivery and these are: Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, Egypt, India, Iran, Japan, Pakistan, South Korea, South Africa, Turkey and Vietnam.

Yes, all your items ordered will come in one package. There is the potential for us to send multiple packages if the order is particularly large but this will be discussed before shipment via email. 

Seeds Direct prides ourselves on our stealthy and secure packaging and all seeds are sent in crush-proof light-proof tubes so you can be sure the seeds will reach you in the same excellent condition that they are sold in!

Seeds Direct guarantees delivery of all Tracked packages within 1 month of shipment date. If you have not received your package within this timeframe we will either re-send your order or refund your payment. This will be the customer’s choice as to which. Please note that our guarantee does not include the following countries: Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, Egypt, India, Iran, Japan, Pakistan, South Korea, South Africa, Turkey and Vietnam.

Returns and Exchanges

Seeds Direct accepts returns up to 30 days after the order has been shipped. Items must be returned in the same condition they were despatched in. 

Seeds Direct packages all orders in strong crush-proof light-proof tubes and it is very unlikely that your order would arrive damaged. In the extremely unlikely event that this occurs please send us images of the damage to our customer support email address – Contact@Cannabis-Seeds-Direct.com and we will make it right!
